What the work is like
Beyond flying, a small team may coordinate the trip, check destination arrangements, and respond to schedule changes. Professional service means explaining limitations clearly as well as helping passengers. A requested departure time still has to fit a safe plan.

Training and routes into the field
Start with the pilot qualifications appropriate to the aircraft and operation. Employers may require additional experience and aircraft-specific training. Compare actual vacancies: there is no single qualification package that fits every business aircraft job.
